Thank you for shopping with Studio AECH. We take pride in our handcrafted, 3D-printed products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items All 3D-printed and custom items are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order.

Non-Custom Items We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, email hello@studioaech.comwith your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
