SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All Studio AECH products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options within the US:
- Economy Shipping – Estimated delivery 5–8 business days after fulfillment
- Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery 3–5 business days after fulfillment
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express.
- USPS International – Estimated delivery 7–21 business days after fulfillment (varies by destination)
- DHL Express – Estimated delivery 2–5 business days after fulfillment
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
